AST Seeking A Recruitment Coordinator

The Atlantic School of Theology (AST) is looking to add to their administration team.  They are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator.  The ideal candidate would take a resourceful, hands-on approach to increasing awareness of and enrollment in AST’s academic programs. Reporting to the President and working closely with the Advancement team, this role offers high day-to-day flexibility and autonomy—ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys connecting with people, managing relationships, and identifying creative outreach opportunities.

This is a part-time role that provides the perfect balance for someone seeking meaningful work with built-in schedule flexibility.
