Decree Of NULLITY

The Archdiocese of Halifax-Yarmouth invites people with questions or concerns about the application for nullity process to contact the Marriage Tribunal Office. The office is open and ready to assist anyone who seeks additional information or guidance in how to begin the process. On the Tribunal webpage you will find the requirements for applying for an annulment as well as two resource videos that outline the Sacrament of Marriage and an overview of the marriage nullity procedure.  These resources are helpful for both parish staff and those considering or seeking an annulment.
